Maxwell released version 2.6 for its rendering plugin with a a free update for Maxwell Render 2.x clients. The version depicts some new advanced features useful for achitects, designers, engineers and VFX artists :-

It is the complete solution for anyone who demands immaculate results on a deadline. Maxwell Render offers maximum quality, speed, and compatibility for architects, designers. Mar 21, 2018 Maxwell for SketchUp Crack is a standalone utility with its very own rendering engine, completely integrated into SketchUp modeling gadget. There is a brand new FREE plugin just released by Next Limit (makers of Maxwell Render) that will allow you to render with realtime feedback within the regular free version of Sketchup (versions 6,7,8). Edit - There are now tutorial videos showing the basics of using the new plugin available at the link above.

New features :

• A latest practical primeval for rendering hair well matched with the most accepted hair systems like Shave & Haircut, Maya Hair, Max Hair, Ornatrix, Cinema Hair etc.
• Introducing particle rendering well matched with the highly accepted particle systems like RealFlow particles, Maya particles, 3dsMax etc.
• Well-suited for Vector displacement.
• Motion blur with superior speed.
• The users now will be able to load references of MXS files in their major scene file, which are just put in at render time, resulting great reduction in export times & scene transfer time particularly for animations and network rendering.
• Provide support for referenced materials
• Maxwell Render SDK now contains a separate python editor and scripting examples.
• The new version comes up with a latest faster displacement algorithm
• Image processing, filtering and aliasing are greatly improved increasing render quality in general.
• Higher integration with RealFlow facilitating users to deal with RealFlow output and produce particles and meshes in render time.

Maxwell Render is a rendering engine that accepts models and scenes created in 3D or CAD applications. In addition, Maxwell Render plug-in directly supports several of these applications. Use others in conjunction with Maxwell Render. Simply import the geometry into Maxwell Studio, a component of the software. The Maxwell blog is back with some long-awaited tutorials for Maxwell for SketchUp V3, which were kindly provided by our old friend Jason Maranto, an artist who specializes in training and teaching. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a Maxwell star, if you’re a Sketchup user then Jason’s video series has something for you. IMPROVEMENTS:
– Added Check for Updates functionality.
– Added the check for updates option, Cloud Render and some missing light entities in the Maxwell menu.
– Now, when a new light object is created from the toolbar, the Scene Manager opens in the Materials tab so you can modify its properties.
– Now the instances of the Maxwell lights components (when dragging from the components list) also have the same emitter material applied and they actually work as instances (changes in their material affect all the instances).

FIXES:
– Fire now stops instead of restarting when the scene is exported to Maxwell, Studio, Cloud, Network or to a file.
– Importing assets from the 3D warehouse could crash SketchUp when the plugin was installed; in most of the cases this will work fine now but the fix is not 100% error-free (In any case, Trimble suggests the following: 'Generally it is advisable to download components from the Warehouse into a separate blank file before you add them to your main project file. That gives you an opportunity to examine them to make sure they are OK. Also, you can get rid of unneeded geometry, materials, and layers before adding all that stuff to your main file.' You can do this from Window > Model Info > Statistics > Purge Unused and Fix Problems. If it still crashes with Maxwell extension active, you can disable it, import and purge, save the file and import in the main scene; then it will work in Maxwell.
– The plugin on Mac added one extra black material to the material list when adding the first Maxwell light from the toolbar.
– The DOF tool didn’t update fstop or shutter camera values.
